The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the website how their personal data is collected and processed by HYPERION STELLAR TECHNOLOGIES, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.

The data controller is HYPERION STELLAR TECHNOLOGIES, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €5,000.00, whose registered office is located at 11 boulevard de la Saussaye, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 943 403 188.

Hyperion may collect the following categories of data:
