Hyperion Stellar Technologies puts space and artificial intelligence at the service of industrial performance. Because trust is at the heart of our approach, we adopt a transparent and responsible approach to AI, in line with the European regulation on artificial intelligence (the “AI Act”, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) and the guidelines of the European Commission.
1. AI-generated visuals
Some of the images, illustrations and visuals presented on this website have been generated using artificial intelligence tools. These visuals are purely illustrative and do not constitute a faithful photographic representation of any real place, product, equipment or person.
In accordance with the transparency obligation set out in Article 50 of the AI Act, we clearly indicate that this content is artificially generated or manipulated. No visual is intended to mislead as to the nature or origin of the content presented.
2. Our commitments to trustworthy AI
- Transparency: we indicate when content is generated or assisted by AI.
- Human oversight: content and results produced with the help of AI are reviewed and validated by a human before publication or use.
- No sensitive automated decisions: no decision producing legal or significant effects on a person is taken solely on the basis of automated processing.
- Data protection: our use of AI complies with the GDPR and the principle of data minimisation.
- Quality and fairness: we take care to limit bias and to ensure the reliability of the analyses produced by our platforms.
3. Compliance with the AI Act
The European regulation on artificial intelligence introduces a risk-based approach and imposes transparency obligations, in particular for synthetic content (text, images, sound, video). Hyperion Stellar Technologies is part of this approach by informing its users of the nature of AI-generated content and maintaining internal governance of its use of AI.
