The purpose of these terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the “Terms”) is to set out the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the website published by HYPERION STELLAR TECHNOLOGIES, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €5,000.00, whose registered office is located at 11 boulevard de la Saussaye, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 943 403 188 (hereinafter “Hyperion”).

These Terms are subject to French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Nanterre.
